I would like to see on the sites like Nickjr where kids want to play the games that they wont be blocked from it just because it is a pop up window because that is the only way they would be able to play the games on nickjr or the learning videos on national geographic for kids.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you have specific urls that don’t work properly, you can contact us with those addresses and we will try our best to make sure the PikLuk Browser can handle them correctly.

When kiosk mode is enabled it would be useful if there was a secure link (password or pin etc) to dashboard for parents. So we can add email address’ or websites easier, rather than now: having to exit whole feature – open our browser – log in here – make changes – close browser – re open pikluk again.
Just an idea :)

Also just a cute feature as kids will be kids is to include some emoticons for use in their emails.
I fully understand not including pictures and html etc but no harm in some faces/moods/animations etc?
And while I’m here top marks I say for the whole thing you’re doing really being a mother of 3 young girls I searched far and wide across cyber space and this is the best most user friendly and child safe set up I found!!!!
Hats off to you all on the PikLuk Team xxx

Would like for parent to be able to view the full email address of senders whose messages are “blocked” because they aren’t on my child’s approved list. Or a way for parent to easily approve the sender, add to list, if we know the sender is okay but perhaps is simply sending from maybe a work email address, Blackberry, etc. we didn’t have and thus couldn’t put in child’s email list. This happens to us a lot, esp young friends who don’t know their own full email addresses so my daughter gives hers, they send mail, it’s blocked since they’re not on her list but of course we would like to add them…but can’t since we don’t see the address, only a name of a sender. This small fix would mean the world, as your product is already terrific!!!

Thank you very much for the input! We are currently building the new version of the email client with more features for kids, including a built in paint program. Kids will be able to draw little faces and so forth directly into the email they write.
As far as the parent features, we will definitely be considering it since it would only make sense to have a “quick add” feature. Thank you.

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT TO WHERE THERE ARE CHILDREN IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD, CONTACT ONE ANOTHER AND WALK TO SCHOOL TOGETHER OR PLAN GET TO KNOW YOU TIMES. SO ALL NEIGHBORHOOD CHILDREN ARE FRIENDS.

i know this would be a great feature but you have to understand that there is a reason there is no attatchments allowed (to keep them safe from not so nice people) take care:)
